35wks Baby turning!! Normal?

Third pregnancy, so very different. LO has been head down for a while, would shift a little here and there but settle back into place. She hasn't gone completely sideways in a while, but yesterday she did. I thought my stomach was going to rip (not literally of course) it hurt so bad. And after hours of her squirming (not sure if they can get stuck??), I feel like I'm bruised. I tried laying in so many positions to help her (and me), but to no avail. Both sides, reclined, hands and knees, you name it. Eventually throughout the night she shifted to a less painful position, but I couldn't tell you what end is up right now :( I know I have 5-7 weeks to go, but if she turned breech, what are the chances of turning back?
