Why does the show "Teen Mom" have to be SO racist?

My pregnant African American boyfriend went to audition for the show, and even though he would be the PERFECT candidate for the upcoming season, they rejected him! I just know it's because hes black, because the producers were giving him VERY disapproving glances as he auditioned. Should I file a lawsuit?
