How do you tell your best guy friend you like him?

Its obvious you guys like each other. I think your objective in telling him that you like him is so that you guys would start dating. If I were you, I wouldn't tell him that you like him right away. Its already obvious:talking to each other alot, touchy feely, etc. Be very playful and touchy with him.
