Help chest pains sharp pains when i breath and swollen neck/head right side?

About two weeks ago i had a slight discomfort when i laid down at night on my back. it was like i could feel my heart beating really hard in my chest and slight discomfort when i inhaled. Over the past two weeks its progressed to where i cant lay down because everytime i take a breath i get a really sharp pain that almost brings me to tears and the same thing when i bend over. Also today my neck has started to swell. it started just to be right behind my ear where my neck meets my skull i thought i might had slept on it funny since i had slept a few lousy hours in a lazy boy(not reclined) but now its swolen just down to my jaw not quite under it and almost down to my collar bone. I've already been sore all over in my neck back shoulders and chest from the pains. Im 19 years old and i dont have medical insur. and I or my parents are finacially stable enough to pay for anything other than a routine drs visit. So plz if theres anyone that can shed even a little light on what it could be and if theres some over the counter meds to take for it. Ive been chewing asprins thats about it so far.
