My hamster looks wet?

Her hair on her back and head is really wet looking, I'm pretty sure it isn't wet tail because she's active, she eats and drinks well, her stomach is wet it's just her back and head, and there is no foul smell at all. she's looked like this for a couple days and yesterday i took her out and got a really damp cloth and gently wiped her off. I reclined in the chair I was in and let her curl up in my shirt to dry off and she fell asleep for a while she still looked wet so I put her back in her cage and today she looks the same. I love my Milkshake and I want her to be happy so if someone could give me some suggestions I'd appreciate it.
