Scholarships for a 35 ACT?

I have a 4.0 GPA, am ranked 15 out of 700 or so, and just recently scored a 35 on my ACT. I was wondering what kind of scholarships I can expect and where I would receive the most money. I would really love to get a full-ride, but I fell in love with the University of Illinois at Urbana, I'm out of state, and I have no idea if I would even get any money there. Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
